Smoke Rise Summer Day Camp
Camp is open 8:30-5:30 weekdays May 29 to Aug 3th. Primary camp activities are 9-4 with academics 8-9 and supervised camper free play from 4-5:30. Extended care is available for the 7-8am time and for the 5:30-6:30 time.. Camp sessions are weekly, Monday through Friday and elected for any selection of one to ten weeks. Enrolment is limited with a 1 to 7 staff/camper ratio and 26 per week total in the teen group. We have been open for over 12 years. Our average employee age is 30+ and our average employee has been working at camp for almost 4 years. We conduct all field trips in small family groups of 1 staff to 6 or 8 campers.
Cost ranges from $165 to $220 per week and varies by week selected, age group and use of extended care. Cost includes lunch, snacks, field trips, academics, crafts and everything involved with camp. A Six-Flags/White Water season pass comes with each enrolment of 2 weeks or more when enrolled before 7/1. Discounts are available for more than 2 children in one family.
Camp is structured with divisions for ages 6-8, ages 9-12 and ages 13-16. While we do share space and activities each group has it's own team leader, transportation and age appropriate activities.
